Please note: there is a late cancelation fee of $50 that is automatically charged if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment start time.

There is no cancelation fee if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment start time.

Cancellation Policy

There is no cancelation fee if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment start time.

There is a late cancelation fee of $50 that is automatically charged if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment start time. All “no show” appointments will be charged the late cancellation fee.

Appointment Issues

Customers can request a reclean by email or phone. A reclean can be scheduled as long as the appointment was completed within the past 48 hours and the reclean appointment must be scheduled and completed within 72 hours of contact.

Our customer service team will respond promptly.

If there is a breakage or loss during your cleaning, notification of such an event must be made to Queen of Maids within 48 hours of service, by email or phone. Once Queen of Maids receives your notification, a form will be sent to you to be filled out. Please note that the form needs to be received within 10 days after the incident occurs.
